GASSAN is looking for a full-time all-round Facilities Employee for the Internal Services department, available immediately.

Below is a detailed overview of the daily tasks and required skills for this role.
Who are we looking for?

What will you be responsible for?
• Overall management of the GASSAN warehouse, including unpacking and organizing incoming goods. This involves keeping track of inventory and performing weekly counts.
• Performing minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, painting showrooms and offices (possibly in the evenings), and carrying out small internal renovations and relocations.
• Maintaining contact with and overseeing external parties regarding major maintenance of the premises.
• Resolving issues with the pneumatic tube system, air conditioning, elevator, or analyzing and reporting them to third parties.
• Preparing/facilitating materials for meetings, training sessions, and internal or external events, and dismantling and cleaning up afterward.
Required skills and experience:
• At least an MBO level 3 education and preferably logistics work experience.
• You have a BHV diploma or are willing to obtain one.
• You have a learning attitude and the ambition to grow and develop in your role.
• You have a structured work approach and pay attention to detail.
• You have a flexible work attitude, not a 9-to-5 mentality, and can quickly adapt in emergencies.
• You have logical insight, are hands-on, and are not afraid of challenges.
• You have a service-oriented attitude.
