GASSAN is looking for a passionate all-round Marketer who gets excited about creating and executing effective marketing campaigns and makes adjustments based on data and performance. You understand better than anyone how important it is for us to launch propositions in the market, optimize customer journeys, and have a 'data-driven mindset.'

As an all-round marketer, you will develop, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns for our own jewelry brands and key retail moments. This applies to both the Dutch and international markets. From strategizing to rolling out the latest trends in impactful propositions, you keep the bigger picture in mind with a hands-on approach and a consistently positive mindset. You understand how we can engage with our customers in a more personal and relevant way, based on data. Additionally, having proven travel trade/global marketing experience is a plus.

Your focus will include:
•  Identifying market opportunities and translating them into propositions.
•  Building target audience segments and formulating the right message.
•  Working on and further developing the Customer Data Cloud.
•  Developing email campaigns to enhance customer loyalty and increase purchase conversion.
•  Creating and executing marketing campaigns for our own brands and key retail moments.
•  Actively contributing to our marketing strategy and bringing it to life by taking concrete action.
•  Engaging with global consumer and FIT markets.
•  Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless integration of our campaigns.

What are we looking for?
•   A professional with HBO-level thinking and working capabilities.
•   1 to 4 years of experience in a marketing role.
•   Strong project management skills.
•   A proactive and hands-on attitude.
•   A social, enthusiastic, and eager-to-learn person who thrives in a dynamic environment.
•   Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with colleagues and management.
•   The ability to explain complex matters in a simple way.
•   Strong analytical skills and a passion for interpreting data.
•   Able to work well both in a team and independently, with a high level of precision.
•   Preferably, you have a meticulous and creative writing style.
•   Visualizing ideas and strategies is something you're familiar with.
